This Seller Agreement governs your use of Even Tractors as a seller. By creating a sale or listing an item on Even Tractors you agree to this agreement in addition to our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this agreement and the Terms of Service, this agreement controls with respect to selling activities.
To sell on Even Tractors you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid email address, and complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts. By listing items you represent that you have the legal right to sell them and that all information you provide is accurate.
All listings must accurately describe the item including its condition, any defects, and relevant details a buyer would need to make an informed decision. Photos must represent the actual item being sold. Misleading listings may be removed and your account may be suspended.
You may not list items that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited under our Terms of Service or applicable law.
Even Tractors charges a 5% platform fee on each completed sale. This fee is automatically deducted from your payout via Stripe Connect at the time of sale. You will receive the remaining 95% of the sale price, less any applicable Stripe payment processing fees.
The platform fee is subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's onboarding process, including identity verification and bank account linking, before you can receive payouts. Even Tractors is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe's verification process or banking timelines.
By connecting your Stripe account you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to this agreement.
You are responsible for clearly communicating your fulfillment options — including pickup availability, delivery radius, and any relevant instructions — at the time of creating your sale. Once a buyer completes a purchase you are obligated to fulfill the order in accordance with the fulfillment method selected at checkout.
Even Tractors is not responsible for fulfillment disputes between buyers and sellers. We encourage sellers to communicate promptly and professionally with buyers after a sale is completed.
Sellers set their own return and refund policies. You must clearly communicate your policy to buyers. Even Tractors does not mediate or enforce return or refund disputes, though we reserve the right to suspend sellers who repeatedly fail to honor their stated policies.
All sales are considered final unless the seller explicitly offers returns. We strongly encourage sellers to describe items accurately to minimize disputes.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to your sales, including income tax and sales tax where required. Even Tractors does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf. We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding your obligations as a seller.
You agree to treat buyers with honesty and respect. You may not manipulate listings, artificially inflate prices, engage in bid manipulation on auction items, or use the platform to defraud buyers in any way. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
Even Tractors reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts at any time for violations of this agreement or our Terms of Service, or for conduct we determine is harmful to buyers or the platform. In the event of suspension, any pending payouts will be handled in accordance with Stripe's policies.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Even Tractors and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your listings, your sales transactions, your fulfillment practices, or your violation of this agreement.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.
